The long land tussle between Kgatleng Land Board (KLB) and Bontsi Chelane and 12 others may soon come to an end when the infamous yellow monster demolishes whatever development there may be on disputed plots in Raserura Ward in Mochudi.

In the matter between KLB (Kgatleng Land Board) and Bontsi Chelane, Mainole Phometsi, Goiwakae Tebagano (since deceased), Mmapula Sejoe, Naledi Pheto, William Maphane, Letsebe Mogomotsi, Gaotingwe Moeng, Meshack Maphosa, Tebatso Menyatso, Botho Sejoe, Motho Lippe and Thapelo Lippe, the High Court ordered that each of the defendants or their agent or servant and any persons claiming through or under such a defendant be ejected from the plot allocated to them by Monate Sejoe.
