Sisonke is a sex workers' organisation in Botswana for people in that profession. Its founder member is Tosh Legoareng, a prostitute coordinator who works closely with Botswana Network of Law and Aids (BONELA).

Formed in April 2010 by 20 sex workers from South Africa and Botswana, the organisation seeks to bring about change within the sex work industry and promote their rights. However since applying to the Registrar of Societies in 2010, they have been refused registration.

The membership of Sisonke is made up of men and women from around Botswana.
