WayGard Security scored another first on Thursday when they unveiled the country’s first security geared training institute, the WayGard Security Training Wing, which is hoped to propel professionalism in the security industry that is being viewed as the second largest employer after government.

Despite the huge numbers they employ security companies have been dogged by unprofessionalism largely due to the fact that only physical fitness has been used to employ security guards.

Thanks to the newly accredited security institute at WayGard, individuals and corporates, can now enrol for a variety of security courses, that include, crime and accident investigations, basic security course, security management principle, security leadership development programme, corporate governance, risk management, forensic investigations,
