UDC marches against power

The recent power and water crisis seems to have given opposition parties a voice against the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP).

Next week, the Botswana National Front (BNF) and umbrella partners of Botswana Movement for Democracy (BMD) and Botswana People’s Party (BPP) will hold demonstrations to demand that the power crisis be addressed with immediate effect.

BNF and Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) spokesperson, Moeti Mohwasa said they would hold a peaceful march on Saturday (March 22) in Gaborone.
