UBSRC supports Boitekanelo in catering tender dispute

The SRC has, through its treasurer Nollen Bome, submitted to the High Court a confirmatory affidavit in a case in which Boitekanelo Catering Services wants Justice Gaolapelwe Ketlogetswe to set aside the committee’s decision to cancel the award.

“As a treasurer of the SRC, I am a member of the Finance Committee by virtue of UB’s Part VII on Finance and Audit Committee Statute 18 (i) h. I can confirm that the Finance Committee never had a meeting where a resolution was taken to withdraw or invalidate the said award of Boitekanelo,” she wrote.
