FRANCITOWN: Assistant Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Botlogile Tshireletso, has appealed to contractors to complete Economic Stimulus Programme (ESP) projects on time to avoid cost overruns.

Tshireletso said this at the groundbreaking ceremony of the construction of teachers’ houses, classrooms and toilets for Ntshe and Monarch primary schools.

Government has said the failure to complete government projects on time and within budget leads to unnecessary delays and costs for public finances.
