Transport hinders double murder suspect�s court appearance

Double murder accused, Keodiretse Tlhofaetsi, 19, alleged to have killed, Karabo Edith Letsholo, 21, at Ledumadumane on January 27, 2018 failed to appear before Village Magistrate’s Court today for his arraignment.

Tlhofaetsi is currently in custody at Moshupa Boys Prison and was supposed to appear before Village Principal Magistrate, Goodwill Makofi, but could not make it due to lack of transport.

Representing prosecution, Inspector Mogakolodi Pakati, told the court they had arranged with the police to pick the accused person up from Moshupa Boys Prison, but they had no vehicle available to transport him.
