A half-hour before the lecture started, the auditorium on the campus of the Ivy League University of Oxford was spilling over in anticipation of President Mokgweetsi Masisi addressing the topic ‘Democracy and Resources Management for Economic Development’.

He said the best secret was in the traditional values that have sustained the nation from our ancestors, who placed people at the centre of governance.
