Chairperson of the Tlokweng District Council (TDC), Collen Mochotlhi has expressed satisfaction that the council’s major projects are progressing ahead of schedule.

He is optimistic that the projects will be completed on time and within budget, which will benefit the community and the district as a whole. Mochotlhi highlighted the 25 km internal road project as one of the main projects that are progressing well and is expected to be completed by early next year.

This is however, a major accomplishment for the TDC and will have a significant impact on the district. He also mentioned that the total cost of the project is P370 million, which is a significant investment in the infrastructure of the district. “The tarred road covers wards like Letlapeng, Lenganeng, Mmaratanang and Metlhabeng.
