The Directorate of Intelligence Services appears to be an instrument through which millions are funneled to those with connections to the director-general, Isaac Kgosi and President Ian Khama, Mmegi investigations have revealed. In total tenders totaling P57 million have been channeled to companies owned by associates of the duo.
Those close to Kgosi say the extent of his financial dealings have put into question the professional standing of the spy chief.
