FRANCISTOWN: The state has opposed an urgent application by two expatriate businessmen who want their confiscated travel documents returned, also demanding that the Directorate of Intelligence and Security (DIS) should stop harassing them at their work place.

Opposing the application, the state argued that the applicants were required in terms of Section 4 of the state proceedings to give the respondents 30 days notice of their intention to sue and to annex the same to their plea.
