FRANCISTOWN: An alleged rapist who posed as a police officer and also allegedly used Facebook to lure his victims has been granted bail.

The State alleges that Dropper Monna, 33, a former security officer, raped his first victim on March 1, 2018 at Block 5 and robbed her of a black Lenovo cellphone worth P599.

Monna who allegedly uses multiple Facebook accounts is also charged with raping his second victim also at Block 5.
