Students flee exams in fear of school head

According to a teacher at the school who preferred anonymity, the three boys left the school hall where they were sitting for Mathematics Paper 3 to look for furniture, as there is shortage in the school. “The headmaster met them on their way and charged at them as they tried to explain. Two ran away and the headmaster came with one accompanied by two teachers,” she said.
The teacher said the student was then beaten before being ordered to sit down and write the examination. It is said one of the teachers then realised the boy was not writing and the other two were not back. One of the teachers was then summoned to look for the other two and the three were taken to write the paper at the school library.
