I continued with my conversation and that's when I heard, "on the floor now. Face down, down down." I reacted slowly and looked towards my left and saw a young man with a handkerchief across his face, wearing a hoodie. I just stood there and almost said, 'ntseehe lo Irang!' I then saw three young slender men dash past us to the inner tills which were open, I then hit the floor. I kept my head down and after about five minutes or so, there was absolute silence. The lads had run away with three till drawers.
