Seretse borehole case postponed to next year

FRANCISTOWN: The case in which relatives of former herdsmen of Botswana’s founding president, Sir Seretse Khama are fighting over a borehole has been postponed to next year.

The case is before Justice Modiri Letsididi and the defendants are represented by Gadzani Komboni of Phumaphi Chakalisa and Company.

When the case came to court in March this year parties laid claim to the borehole whose ownership is now in the name of Tshekiso Tshekiso.
