SA police on the manhunt for Motswana motorist

The South African authorities are on a manhunt for a Motswana suspect who was involved in a hit and run accident late Sunday. The accident happened 10km from Zeerust, in the North West province.

Mmegi has been reliably informed that the Botswana registered vehicle was driving at a high speed in the process kiling a four year old. The accident happened at around 7pm.

This was confirmed by authorities at the Tlokweng border post in an interview that the incident was reported around 8pm Sunday evening. “The authorities did let us know about the incident, but they did not give us much information,” a senior officer at the Tlokweng border post said. “They said that the vehicle with Botswana registration was involved in a hit and run accident. A four year old child was kiled in the process.”
