Rasesa woman stabbed to death

MOCHUDI: Police here are investigating an incident in which a 27-year-old man, who later attempted to commit suicide, fatally stabbed a 46-year-old woman from Rasesa in Mochudi with a sharp instrument.

According to Mochudi Station Commander Superintendent Simon Sitale, the suspect, also from Rasesa, fled from the scene in the dead woman's car, a Toyota RunX, along the A1 road

At Dikgonnye junction he collided with a long haulage truck bearing Botswana registration numbers, which caught fire. Its driver, a Namibian, was burnt beyond recognition.
