SELEBI-PHIKWE: In the midst of a stand-off between Pula Steel and its Indian employees that resulted in loss of production, Botswana’s only steel manufacturing plant has suffered yet another setback.

The company’s corporate services director, Brian Mosenene confirmed that there is currently no production as the pollutions control department has recommended they comply first with some standards.
