Pula Medical Aid fund improves maternity cover

Pula Medical Aid Fund has improved its maternity cover after its South African partner, DLA Group announced on Friday that it has localised the service in Botswana through Serurubele Centre.

The Pula Medical Aid Fund Maternity Programme was launched in April 2014 as a Pula Baby, to provide pregnant mothers and their partners with information to a healthy pregnancy. Director of Serurubele Centre, Deryse Defarida said that the localisation of the services comes with improved offerings for expectant mothers and partners.

She indicated that Serurubele Centre provides maternity care programme administration, pregnancy classes; antenatal classes; post birth support groups and talks.
