PPADB recognises employees

The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) employees were over the weekend jubilant after being recognised for their commitment and hard work in the organisation. The auspicious Inaugural Excellence Awards Ceremony was held at the Avani Conference Hall on Saturday.

PPADB, whose mandate is to adjudicate and award tenders for central Government and any other institution specified under the act for the delivery of works, services and supplies, had the awards graced by the deputy Permanent Secretary to the President, Elias Magosi.  Magosi was the guest of honour where board members, awardees, management and staff, along with different media houses, were also in attendance.

In her welcome remarks, the executive chairperson, Bridget John said the PPADB strives to be a ‘higher performing’ organisation hence their vision to be “the centre of excellence in public procurement and asset disposal”.
