Now the owner of the collapsing mansion has started a legal process to force the school to rebuild his expensive mansion.
On Friday Malete Landboard authorities were at the Otse man's yard investigating the damage after the affected resident slapped the school and the landboard with a P870,000 letter of demand, arguing that the school and the landboard have failed to contain the spillage despite persistent reminders in the last two and half years.
