Police failure stalls case

FRANCISTOWN: A case in which a 33-year-old man is accused of stealing a Toyota sedan worth P26,000 in 2010 hit a snag before a senior magistrate on Thursday.

Pelvis Tshekiso of Matshelagabedi allegedly stole the silver Toyota sedan belonging to Godfrey Sithole at the Francistown Bus Rank.

Prosecutor Tawana Kapongo, acting on behalf of Nancy Ebineng, said the case could not go for trial as set because they have a problem with the complainant.
