Pelotshweu postmortem reveals 'murder'

The post-mortem of 20-year-old Obakeng Lame Pelotshweu, who was buried on Saturday in Serowe, revealed that she died of suffocation, medically known as asphyxiation.

The post-mortem also showed that Pelotshweu was struck with an object on the upper part of her cheek and had a dislocation in the bottom.

The deceased’s uncle, Ontukile Oabona, shared the results in part following a briefing by doctors. “We are yet to receive a full post-mortem from the police and clearly it shows that our child was murdered.
