Ntoko to repay P24,000 for failed

Ntoko had purchased the plot from Ofitlhile for P23,000 in February 2014 but to date, has not been given the plot let alone change the names of the plot.

“I have been going back and forth with the respondent in order to get the plot that I bought from him to no avail. Each and every time I approach him there is a new story. According to him, his wife complains that the money was not enough by the time the land was sold, suggesting that I could have paid P30,000,” said Ntoko.
