The sixth annual Born and Raised music festival took place yesterday at its traditional host place, the Serowe Stadium, and whilst things could have been worse , authorities have confirmed that nine people were treated and released for shock.

The nine women were treated for shock at Sekgoma Memorial Hospital after some people lost patience and started pushing each other to enter the stadium.

By 6pm the Serowe main road was at a standstill as music lovers thronged the venue, causing uncontrollable traffic. Getting inside the venue was another challenge after tags ran out causing a stampede by the stadium entrance.
