FRANCISTOWN: The Minister of Justice, Defence and Security, Ramadeluka Seretse, says his weekend loss to rival Kgotla Autlwetse in the BDP primaries over the weekend came as a shock to him.

"The numbers are an absolute shock to me," he told Mmegi by phone yesterday.

Seretse, who is the incumbent MP for Serowe North East, was quick to point out that people who did not vote for him had exercised their democratic right and congratulated those who turned up to vote.
