Motswaledi's property to be auctioned Jan 2011

Deputy Sheriffs will next year January auction off Botswana Movement for Democracy (BMD) leader Gomolemo Motswaledi's two cars and furniture to pay off his P351 000 legal bills.

Motswaledi incurred the cost after he lost an appeal against President Ian Khama, where he was challenging Khama's executive powers.

Besides Khama, other respondents included his former party, the Botswana Democratic Party.
