Daniel, a businessman from Sebina garnered 1,520 votes to Molao’s 3,244 in the Bulela Ditswe primaries in the north of Dibete on November 9. “What I can tell you is that I was cheated. There were names appearing in the voters’ roll of six to seven wards of people who did not belong there. There were four buses from Gaborone full of students from University of Botswana and Limkokwing University of Creative Technology.
“Of course he can defend himself by saying these are children from this area, but they could have voted once not many times like they did,” says Daniel.
