Lawyers representing Mokolodi residents have made an application before Lobatse High Court that they use expert evidence in order to advance their case against Quarries of Botswana company, over the use of a road by the company's trucks.

Advocate Norman Liebowitz told the court that evidence by a civil engineer would help to explain why the residents do not want the company trucks to use the road that passes through their village.

He said the report reveals that the 30 tonne trucks that the quarry company uses are not suitable for that road.
