Mojuta plans blueprint for Phikwe

Speaking during a recent full council meeting, Mojuta said he would formulate the plan in consultation with the executive committee. The road map would be revealed to councillors during the first ordinary full council meeting next year.
In his acceptance speech after election, Mojuta urged councillors to consider investing part of their earnings to augment their salaries as they continue to advocate for improved pay. He said investing in shares would avert situations where councillors retire into poverty. He said dividends from the shares councillors would have accrued at the end of a councillor’s term to boost his or her financial stability.
