Modubule dismisses Khama's address

The Member of Parliament for Lobatse, Nehemiah Modubule says President Ian Khama's State of the Nations Address does not serve the interests of an ordinary Motswana.

When responding to Khama's address in Parliament last week Modubule said the statement was a repetition of the previous address and that current issues of concern are not addressed.

 The Botswana Movement for Democracy MP went as far as calling for a motion to reject the President's address. He said Khama failed to address issues like the land allocation crisis, employment creation and the rate of unemployment.
