Ministers disagree on dissolution of Parliament

The Minister of Presidential Affairs and Public Administration, Margaret Nasha has dismissed claims her Lands colleague, Nonofo Molefhi said that Parliament will be dissolved tomorrow.

She told Mmegi yesterday that Parliament is completing its business today but that does not mean it will automatically be dissolved. "It can be dissolved next week, next month or even a few days before the date of elections," she said. 

However, she stated that it is upon President Ian Khama to find a convenient date to dissolve it.  Previously, Parliament was dissolved a few days before the elections date.
