Presidential Affairs and Public Administration Minister, Mokgweetsi Masisi fumbled in Parliament last week when he was asked to explain who the 'government' is.

The minister was put to task after his ministry released a statement entitled 'Parliament move disappoints government'.

The statement was published in the state-owned Daily News on July 8, 2011. Initially Masisi told Parliament that 'government' in the statement referred to the executive. MPs have been disgruntled by the statement asking if it is okay for one government branch to say it is embarrassed by the other when that branch took part in whatever happened.
