Masimolole�s �recipe� for poor JC results

Assistant Minister of Education and Skills Development Patrick Masimolole has made a big discovery - three recipes that produced poor results in last year’s Junior Certificate examinations. He said the three are low budget for his ministry, lack of human resource, and indiscipline of some students.

He was commenting on the 2014/15 budget speech on Tuesday.

For more than a decade, the Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD) has enjoyed a huge chunk of the national budget, but returning more than five percent of it (unspent) back to the government coffers.
