'Marina accepts no responsibility for patient's suicide'

Princess Marina Hospital will not accept responsibility for the death of a woman suspected of having post-partum depression who committed suicide just outside the hospital early this year.

Keabonye Mojuta of Thamaga committed suicide by hanging herself from at tree at Gaborone Secondary School sports grounds in February this year.

She was a patient at the hospital where she had recently delivered a baby. The hospital management only got to know after police informed them that a patient from the hospital was found hanging from a tree at GSS grounds.
