The state alleges that Johane Chilisa Phumaphi indecently assaulted the minor on February 16, 2022, in Gerald Estates. As that was not enough, the state further alleges that Phumaphi then assaulted the minor with a belt on the same date.

Phumaphi then pleaded guilty to all the charges. He is due in court on July 14 for facts reading, mitigation, and sentence.
