Police are investigating a case in which a 40-year-old man was found lying in a pool of blood by the roadside, suspected to have been stabbed with a sharp object on Saturday night.

Tlokweng Police Station Commander, Superintendent Unoziba Rari, stated that the victim was discovered not far from a nightclub in Lesunyana ward, Tlokweng, with two stab wounds.

He said the matter was reported around 2:20am. “Police rushed to the crime scene and transported the victim to Mafitlhakgosi clinic, where he is currently receiving medical assistance. He has sustained stab wounds on his calf and waist. According to the victim's account, he was attacked and stabbed by two men with a sharp object who later fled the scene,” he said.
