Makgalemele Rejoins BDP

Botswana Movement for Democracy spokesperson, Sidney Pilane, says his organisation will have to 'wait and see' regarding the purported return to the Botswana Democratic Party of Shoshong Member of Parliament, Phillip Makgalemele.

Though Makgalemele was not available over the weekend for comment, it is widely rumoured that he intends to return to the party under whose ticket he was elected.

BDP spokesperson, Comma Serema, interviewed on Sunday, was confident that Makgalemele was back in the fold.
"At the moment, a press release is being drafted. By tomorrow you will have it," he said.
