Makgabaneng health fairs great success - Kaisara

RADISELE: Makgabaneng health fairs held across the country since the beginning of the year, have yielded positive results, monitoring and evaluation manager Tlhaloganyo Kaisara said in an interview with Mmegi yesterday.

Kaisara stated that their aim is to hold four health fairs in a year, which they have managed to accomplish so far.
He said the last health fair was held in Radisele over the weekend. Kaisara explained that the first health fair was held in Bobonong in February.

"Seven hundred people attended the event of which 206 tested for HIV/AIDS. In July we were in Serule and 489 people came. By the beginning of August we were in Maokane and 439 people attended. People attend our fairs because they get a chance to test for various ailments, including blood pressure and sugar diabetes," he said.
