Magistrate tells murder accused to apply for bail at High Court

Kediemetse Mogotsi, 34, alleged to have murdered Maria Lesolebe last July at Tlokweng village has been advised to apply for his bail at the High Court.

Mogotsi who was appearing for mention before Extension II magistrate, Batho Kgerethwa, pleaded to be granted bail despite having been previously denied the opportunity.

Asked if he has anything to say Mogotsi pleaded with court to grant him bail, stating that he will be staying with his family at Tlokweng village and will make sure that he attends court when needed.
