Lot Moroka's Conduct Questioned

Bail application appeal for Garvas Nchindo and Joseph Matome at the Lobatse High Court on Friday was imbedded by a scorching attack on Magistrate Lot Moroka by defense attorney Parks Tafa, who questioned his conduct.

Moroka last week convicted Nchindo and Matome of corruption and denied them bail pending sentence.

In motivating a bail application for the two before Lobatse High Court judge Stephen Gaongalelwe, Tafa told the court that it was not impossible that a judicial officer cannot be corrupted.
