A tragic incident unfolded on Friday night in Lentsweletau, where a 28-year-old woman lost her life after sustaining stab wounds. She died while receiving medical assistance at Lentsweletau clinic from injuries inflicted by her boyfriend.

The police were alerted of the situation at around 8pm, prompting ongoing investigations to uncover the reasons behind the altercation between the couple that escalated into a violent confrontation.

Molepolole Police Station commander, Superintendent Benedict Matlho said the 27-year-old suspect, also from Lentsweletau, was swiftly apprehended and is now facing charges for a single count of murder.
