FRANCISTOWN: Famers have expressed shock and disappointment over the revised arable sector subsidy programme that was recently announced last week. Over the years, government has been implementing programmes to improve crop production in the country.

The newly revised arable sector subsidy scheme, Lemang Dijo, is a targeted agricultural support initiative designed to strengthen household food security.

It also targeted at improving productivity and support resource-poor farmers across Botswana.
