Law Society places abandoned firms under curatorship

The Law Society of Botswana (LSB) has appointed curators to take over eight abandoned law firms.

This comes just a month after the LSB put up a list of lawyers whose certificates of practice have been invalidated due to non-compliance.

The listed law firms include Ian Kebopetswe Attorneys, Motsau and Associates, Ozoo Legal Practice, KP Mokwena and Partners, Mosweu and Company Legal Practice, David and Company, Ngomme Segwagwa Attorneys and Chris du Plessis Attorneys.
