Last witness up in CMS case

The Central Medical Stores (CMS) fraud case where 11 people are expected to stand trial for swindling the organisation of P21 million is expected to end today when the state calls its last witness.

The state is expected to call the investigating officer in the marathon case in which some defence attorneys quit along the way.

Initially, the defence team comprised of attorneys Unoda Mack, Dick Bayford, Langwane Langwane and Duma Boko.
