Kubara's property to be auctioned

Properties owned by the controversial Zimbabwean investor, Oscar Kubara will be publicly auctioned in Gaborone next month.

The auction follows the 2010 Lobatse High Court ruling in favour of Italtswana Construction Company (ICC). The properties belong to Munhumutapa African Broadcasting Corporation (MABC), which is owned by Kubara. The National Broadcasting Board (NBB) recently cancelled his broadcasting licence.

Now deputy sheriff Urgent Chilisa will sell Kubara's eight chairs with table, one digital set top desk, 11 desks, reception desk, 11 office chairs, photo copier machine, a dish, two sofas, two chairs, three printers, Samsung computer set, two book shelves, 10 steel cabinets, a fan, four wooden cabinets, two wooden drawers, a coffee table, drawing board, and a drawer.
