Khama releases ministers to campaign?

FRANCISTOWN: President Ian Khama has reportedly released his ministers on conditional leave to go on the campaign trail for the Bulela Ditswe primaries south of Dibete that are billed for November 29.

A source close to the Office of the President (OP) informed Mmegi yesterday that Khama released his Cabinet to enable them to prepare for the hotly contested primaries on Monday.

“Khama has released his Cabinet so that they have an opportunity to canvass for support,” said the source, adding that the ministers were however on call at short notice.
