My Ministry is faced with a lot of challenges that need to be addressed in order for the country to have a strong security,” Kgathi said.

Khathi said that he understands the budget is processed looking at priorities hence his Ministry ended up being in number three. “I understand that there are issues of national priority like electricity, water and creation of employment for the youth but my Ministry lacks a lot hence the need for a better budget,” Kgathi said.
