Kgafela withdraws his contempt suit

The contempt of court application against Evangilical Family of God and a number of local newspapers including Mmegi, Monitor, Sunday Standard and the Echo have since been withdrawn following an out of court settlement between the parties.

According to a settlement agreement which has since been made an order of court.

In terms of the settlement Kgosi Kgafela should allow the church to worship in the Kgatleng district in accordance with the constitution of Botswana.
