Justice Solo recuses himself from BOPEU case

FRANCISTOWN: Justice Kholisani Solo of the Francistown High Court has finally recused himself from a case in which the Botswana Public Employees Union (BOPEU) member, Levy Holonga, has taken the Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana (CAAB) to court over unfair dismissal.

The second respondent is the Director of Airport, Justice Masole.

BOPEU vehemently insisted that Justice Solo recuse himself from the case.
